St Hugh's

As I am sure many will remember, the Education Secretary recently commended staff and teachers at St Hughes for their incredible efforts supporting our amazing young people throughout the pandemic.

I was delighted today to have the opportunity to be reunited with students as I joined them at their most recent student council meeting.

The members of the Student Council and I discussed some really interesting topics, which included the introduction of more extra-curricular clubs, residential trips and even the food served in the canteen!

Overall, I had a really lovely time talking about what matters to a group of incredibly bright and talented young people. I am already looking forward to attending the next one!
