Anyone can be a victim of a scam. I understand how distressing this can be, both emotionally and financially. I am therefore pleased to share the various resources provided by Age UK on how you can stay safe online.
If you suspect you are being scammed, or would like information on how to detect them, please visit Age UK's website at https://bit.ly/3KSA06V to access fantastic tips on what to look out for.
Some of these tips that I would like to emphasise for my elderly constituents include:

Importantly, if you think you are a victim of a scam, please;
- Inform the police
- Talk to a loved one
