Tackling anti-social behaviour

It continues to be brought to my attention that local residents are facing instances of anti-social behaviour.  We are seeing off-road bikes being used where they shouldn't, motorbike theft and littering among other public nuisances.

I appreciate the efforts that North Lincolnshire Council have put in to prevent this behaviour, creating the "High Street Rules" campaign that involves the intense use of Public Space Protection Orders to hold people accountable. They are also doubling the size of hundreds of bins around North Lincolnshire Council and strengthening their litter patrol teams. To go further, I am corresponding with the Police and Crime Commissioner Jonathan Evison and Humberside Police's Chief Constable Lee Freeman about what more can be done to prevent pavement cycling and motorbike theft.
