Residents often get in touch with me to raise health issues personal to them. As MP for Scunthorpe, it is important to me that these concerns are seen by Ministers so that their decisions are shaped by views from our town. As such, I have recently tabled Written Questions to the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care on helping people with Multiple Sclerosis into work, reducing pancreatic cancer mortality rates and increasing research funding into Parkinsons’ Disease.
